URBANKICK (45 minutes)
Urbankick delivers a serious knock-out workout by combining cardio kickboxing with body weight athletic drills. Get ready to punch, kick, squat, sprint and lunge your way to increased strength, power, agility and torch calories!

Pure Strength (45 minutes)
Seeking to better define those muscles and master your form? This class is for you. We’ll take you through some killer moves to build 100 percent pure strength. Classic exercises -- deadlift, get ups, windmills -- meet up with vigorous dynamic moves.
URBANKICK & HIIT & CORE MASHUP (75 minutes)
Start your workout with punch & kick combinations followed by a HIIT chaser of athletic drills to increase your overall strength, power, agility and torch calories!
HIIT & CORE (45 minutes)
This is a full-body, interval training workout that incorporates strength, cardio/plyometrics, and core exercises. I will structure the workout as a bodyweight workout with the option to add dumbbells and/or resistance if you have access to them.
Urbankick & HIIT Mashup (45 minutes)
Urbankick & HIIT Mashup combines a cardio burst of dynamic cardio kickboxing punch kick combinations with high intensity interval training drills to improve your strength, power, speed & agility.
HIIT EXPRESS (30 minutes)
This is a condensed, down and dirty version of the 45 minute HIIT & CORE class, all packed into 30 minutes. This is a full-body, interval training workout that incorporates strength, cardio/plyometrics, and core exercises. I will structure the workout as a body weight workout with the option to add dumbbells and/or resistance bands if you have access to them.
Pilates Strength (45 minutes)
A low-impact total body workout that incorporates strength training and Pilates to improve balance, coordination, and increase lean body mass while developing a strong core. We will emphasize controlled movements and connect our mind, body and breath. This class is open to all while using bodyweight, light weights, or any type of weight for resistance.
Vinyasa Flow (Intermediate) 60 minutes
Energizing sun salutations followed by a creative sequence of strength, core, and balancing poses, that challenge both the mind and body. Discovering a deeper awareness within ourselves as we continue to flow linking our breath with our movements. We'll seal our practice with a short pranayama and meditation at the end. Please bring a mat, 2 blocks (optional), and a cushion/pillow if you'd like something to sit on during meditation.
Vinyasa Flow (All Levels) 60 minutes
A dynamic sequence where we flow together using traditional asanas (postures) and connect with our breath. Vinyasa flow builds strength, flexibility, and awareness. It prepares us for the final few minutes of class where we'll practice pranayama (yogic breathing/breath control) and sit in meditation together. This class is perfect for beginners or those that want to strengthen the foundational poses of their vinyasa practice. Learn about breathing techniques, and how to relax your mind during meditation. Please bring a mat and a cushion/pillow if you'd like something to sit on during meditation at the end.
Zumba (45 minutes)
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique dance moves to dance away your worries, increase your heart rate and get your sweat on. During the class you will learn simple dance moves for each individual song and by the end of class you will be dripping in sweat!
Foam Rolling (30 minutes)
Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release (SMR) technique and can help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, inflammation, and increase your joint range of motion
Foam rolling can be an effective tool before and/or after your workout and will help your body recover. Get ready to say ahhhhhhhh (ouch).
